Effective date: October 12, 2026
Cloudia (云想) is an iPhone and iPad app made by an independent developer. This page explains what the app uses on your device, where it is kept, and who can see it.
We do not collect any personal information. Cloudia has no account, no ads, no analytics or tracking tools and no third-party SDKs, and the developer runs no server. The app never sends any of your information to the developer.
Cloudia does not use your location.
Your drawings (photos, strokes, images with effects, titles, dates, what the judges said), your avatar and seal, your settings, the nicknames you type when passing the phone in “Draw together”, and your ★ balance are all kept in the app's own storage on your device. They are included in your device's iCloud Backup or computer backup, handled by Apple according to your settings. The developer cannot see any of this.
The “kid” who guesses what you drew is an image model built into the app. It runs on your device; your drawings are never uploaded.
If you are signed in to iCloud, the app syncs the following to your own iCloud account (iCloud key-value storage), so your ★ and purchases are still there after you switch devices or reinstall:
This data lives in your iCloud, kept by Apple under Apple's privacy policy, and the developer cannot read it. It does not include your drawings or photos.
Purchases are handled by Apple. The developer never receives your name, Apple Account or payment details; the app only gets Apple's confirmation that a transaction succeeded, which it uses to credit your ★. For refunds, please contact Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a purchase is refunded, the ★ it added are taken back (your balance may go below zero for a while).
When you tap share in the app, the image or clip is handed to the system share sheet, and you decide where it goes and to whom. The app itself uploads nothing.
There are no analytics tools in the app. If you have turned on “Share With App Developers” in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements, Apple provides the developer with crash reports and diagnostics that contain no identifying information, used only to fix bugs. You can turn this off at any time.
Cloudia is suitable for all ages and collects no personal information from anyone, including children. Children's in-app purchases can be managed with Apple's Family Sharing and Ask to Buy.
If this policy changes, this page will be updated along with the effective date above. If a change concerns the data the app uses, it will also be noted in the app's release notes.
